FridgeChef is a recipe recommendation application that helps users identify food ingredients from a photo and receive suggested dishes and step-by-step recipes.
You may use the App only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App is lawful in your jurisdiction.

The App is not intended as a social, community, or publishing platform and does not provide user-generated content features such as public posting, commenting, or content hosting.
FridgeChef provides general recipe and meal suggestion information only. It does not provide medical, nutritional, allergy, dietary, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying ingredients, allergens, food safety, cooking suitability, and whether a recipe is appropriate for your circumstances.
The App may rely on third-party services or APIs to operate certain features. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their separate terms and policies.
The App, including its design, text, branding, software, and other content made available by the Publisher, is owned by or licensed to the Publisher and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, accurate, or error-free.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if continued access may create risk for us, users, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
