2 Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the FridgeChef mobile application.

3 Information We Collect

Based on the current functionality described by the Publisher, FridgeChef does not require users to create an account and does not intentionally collect or maintain:

• personal identification information such as full name or mailing address;
• email addresses as part of App usage;
• wallet addresses;
• device information for user profiling; or
• account data, because the App does not provide user accounts.

The App is also not designed to provide user-generated content or social posting features.

4 Photo Processing

FridgeChef's core feature is analyzing food ingredients from a photo and generating recipe suggestions. Images selected or captured by the user are processed only to provide the requested functionality.

To deliver this functionality, the App may transmit a user-submitted image to third-party service providers that support image analysis or recipe generation. The Publisher states that FridgeChef is not intended to build user profiles or retain personal information from this process beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested result.

5 How We Use Information

FridgeChef uses the content a user provides in the moment, such as a food photo, solely to:

• identify likely ingredients;
• generate dish suggestions; and
• generate or display recipe instructions.

6 Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not intentionally share personal information for marketing or profiling purposes.

If third-party technical service providers are used to enable image analysis or recipe generation, data shared with them should be limited to what is necessary for those services to function.

7 Data Retention

Because the App does not provide user accounts, FridgeChef does not maintain a user account database for retention purposes.

If temporary technical processing occurs for photos submitted by a user, such processing is intended only to deliver the requested result and not for long-term account storage.

8 Account and Data Deletion

FridgeChef does not currently offer user accounts. As a result, there is no account profile to delete.

9 Children

FridgeChef is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will review the issue.

10 Security

We take reasonable steps intended to protect the App and any limited operational data involved in providing its functionality. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11 International Use

If you use the App from outside Indonesia, you understand that information may be processed where the App or its service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

12 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised effective date.
